Beautiful architecture, nice room, a very pleasant smell in the room, white crisp bedsheets, a very comfy soft bathrobe. Top location!
No spa on location, massages offered are in a hotel near by. Pool is super small in a small underground room, no ambiance, not great Breakfast very simple which would be ok, but dining room super crowded, not enough tables, only one coffe machine

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Nice plus is the pool, small but feels bigger with the ability to use waves and jet. It is also nice that one can use it on own schedule. The view from the room is lovely over the old part of the town and singing fontaine can be heard all the way to the room.
Breakfast was not good. There was not at all enough food nor staff to fill in the plates and pots. The food that was available was nothing special, the selection was very limited and all of the buffet kept on finishing. There were not enough seats for all the guests and queue was constant.

The location was perfect just above the singing fountain.. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was fine The upper floors are served by a lift
I dont like hotels for any length of stay and had booked a self catering apartment with Booking.com which was confirmed by booking.com and payment was accepted by them However the day before I was supposed to leave for my destination I received a message from the owner of the self catering accomodation that the apt was rented to Ukranians for the previous two years and Booking . com was aware of this. Luckily I received this message as otherwise i would have arrived into Marianske Ledze with no accomodation. These comments above are nothing to do with the hotel,, but with the incompetence of the travel agent..Booking.com

Our room was very big and had a great view. Breakfast was good. Apart from this is a very poor hotel.
No spa or wellness facilities. Pool was cold and not heated. Parking is an additional 8 per day. Receptionist was not professional

Check1in took so long. Even they do scan of your ID even it is not legal! No hot water from 22:30 till 7:30, conplaining twice at reception without any solution. High season and 4-star hotel dont bother them.

Good value for money, clean and spacious rooms. Decent half-board, not a big choice, but quite a good offer. Great location so definitely recommended for this type of spa-town holiday.

The position of the hotel was really nice ,the room was beautiful with a nice view on the fountain!!!
The give you the opportunity to have in the price dinner but they dont say that this dinner is just buffet in another hotel 300 meters far away!!once you get there you find this poor buffet!

The breakfast was absolutely not up to **** standard. One kind of bought sweet pastries, poor quality coffee, from the hot buffet only sausages and poached eggs.
The level of staff at the reception was disastrous. In a **** hotel I would expect perfect manners, hotel uniforms and most importantly that they know how to work the reservation system. The fact that they don't even greet you in the hallway is not even worth mentioning.

Belvedere is beautiful, a very elegant hotel in a nice spot, just few steps from the healing water wells and classic concerts.
I had a swim in the pool every evening.
The staff was very friendly and supportive, they arranged my treatment in the partner hotel around the corner.

We had booked the Belvedere but when we arrived at the hotel a note on the door directed us to the Sun Palace spa Hotel. We assume this was due to the covid situation. Although we weren't aware of this change except for the note on door. Fortunately the Sun Palace Hotel was in an excellent position.
