We stayed in rooms 108 and 109, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The best part was the incredible staff—they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They were so friendly and accommodating, even extending our sauna time, which was a wonderful bonus. The food was exceptional, and every meal felt like being at home with a homemade touch. Overall, the hospitality, the comfort, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Mariánské Lázně!

Very Good
Easy walk to downtown. Reception open late. Lobby can accommodate big party. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lovely rooms with tall ceilings.
Pool was not very nice. Parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of with larger vehicles.

The Breakfast was really good caters to everyones needs- hot/cold and fitness Buffet. the Room was spacious with a balcony and The spa was small but when we were there we were alone.
On the second day we told the housekeeping that they did not need to clean the room or change the towels but they could come on the third day but on the third day there was no housekeeping in the Hotel so for three days we had the old towels no toilet roll and our rubbish cans were not emptied- a minus point-it was a Saturday

The rooms were spacious, clean and fairly comfortable.
The food was edible, but not good. The service was not good at all. At breakfast, there were no free tables, we had to stand with our plates in our hands. Also, they didn't manage to refill the buffet at breakfast.

Super nice bedroom and nice view to surrounding. Great location to reach beautiful places to visit.
About 100 meters walk to Halal Restaurant - Istanbul Kebab House. Great breakfast menu.
Electric water boiler not provided.. Though not that bad as the breakfast has all we need.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, having enough for everyone's needs.
The evening meal was delicious, and the options varied.
The room was clean and very spacious.
The spa facilities were fantastic, and the services really good.
The evening meal was served very quickly, which made the ambience and experience a disappointment.
On the second evening, after having asked them to only bring the next dish once i had finished the one i was eating, they obliged, and the experience was great.

Great location, everything you need is nearby. The room had two windows and a nice view. The bed was big and comfortable, nice towels. Some of the furniture looks worn out but it was not critical.
Nice breakfast with many good choices
I was disappointed by the attitude in the hotel, they offered me a standard room under the roof which was much smaller and totally different from the one that I actually booked. I had to pay additional fee to be upgraded.
The "deluxe" room thst I received looked actually a lot like my standard room that I was supposed to get.
I barely got any sleep as is was hot and there was no conditioning so I had to keep the windows open. The road nearby is really active even overnight. It was noisy even with the windows closed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing. The housekeeping was great and ensured my room was spotless during my entire stay. However, the best part has to be the quality for the cost; I couldn’t believe how great my experience, service, and amenities were for such an affordable cost.
P.S. breakfast was amazing
I recently had the chance to stay in your hotel and was quite dismayed to find out that in your hotel, dinner was not at all in good taste. The food was well below average and by no means did it match up to my expectations. Not only that, the waitress was very visibly upset when I could not finish my soup and the potatoes that came as part of a main order. Overall, the dinner service was very poor and lacked a lot to be desired. This part of my stay took much away from the otherwise good visit that I had.
P.S. this girl was blonde, I guess she was Ukrainian, why is this important, because there are other girls working there, mostly brunettes, and at breakfast they served us, and there was no hint that we were doing anything wrong

nice staff in the restaurant,
quite good dinners (even though they were not buffet style), nice location on the main street, but still 10 minutes from the main park and spa waters
This is not a four-star hotel. Maybe 10 years ago it was but now it certainly doesn't deserve that fourth star.
The reception speaks mainly German, no one spoke English, so if you don't know German you are left with a translator. One of the people at the reception (an older man) extremely unpleasant, even disgusting (he burped loudly with absolutely no attention to the guests sitting in the lobby). Very uncultured.
Breakfast quite poor, two types of vegetables. During meals 1 person serving the room, even at full hotel occupancy. This resulted in shortages of some products in the buffet.
The pool is basically a bigger bathtub, nevertheless this is what I was prepared for after reading the descriptions of other guests.
The rooms on the top, third floor, should definitely have air conditioning. at 25 degrees it was hard to stand there - I can't imagine what it must be like there in full summer.
Cleaning - it is definitely not every day as the hotel declares in the description. there was one day where the 3rd floor was not cleaned at all.
Bathrooms and corridor to be renovated.
No kettle in the room - nowhere in the hotel can you heat water for yourself in the evening.
I could definitely summarise this hotel as a strong saver on everything.
