The hotel and the room were beautiful and clean. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast buffet has had a nice variety. The staff is friendly.
It is walking distance to the heart of Marienbad. The spa offers health and beauty applications. It would be wise to book them in advance. They were all friendly. They have saunas one can use. The hotel is dog friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much.
The pool however is tiny, more of a sit-in pool than a swimming pool. Don't expect to swim there. The gym is almost as big as a closet. They have some equipment lined up like bikes and one of these running conveyor things. (I think) Maybe 2 or 3 of these big balls to lay on, and some skipping ropes. The skipping ropes you would have to do outside of the gym in the hallway since there's no room for skipping in the gym itself. The hallway is right by the spa where they do the beauty applications. So you'd be disturbing everyone else.

This hotel is located close to the centre o the main Road. Good Breakfast and Dinner was included as well!
You could hear the others fron the other room even the streetnoise was also anoying. The wellnes is really small, however the Sauna was broken.

The room and the beds was clean and very comfortable.
Parking place on the street and charging on my bill from hotel, no way because is public parking and no property of the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner was very good, location is good and central. Parking price. The room was very spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is also very good (fast and strong signal).
Water temperature a little bit low, after 15 minutes in the pool I started to feel cold. Close time of the pool very earlier (8:00). Most of the staff don't speak English.

The personnel in the restaurant was really nice and friendly. Although we could not select the first dinner, the food was very delicious. Excellent dinner and breakfast provided everything we needed. The room was clean and provided enough space for a short stay.
The main problem of our stay was that when we arrived at the hotel, all wellness services such as cosmetics and massages were booked out!!!! This is absolutely inappropriate for a wellness hotel. We have been told that only the guests that book the entire package have the possibility for the massage, but we were not aware of this in advance. We had a room reservation for more than two weeks, so the hotel had enough time to email us and ask about the massage. The second thing, which is even worse, was the absolutely zero willingness from the staff to offer us any compensation or to show any care regarding that they cannot fulfill our expectations. I consider this as a severe lack of professionalism and empathy, especially if you want to call yourself a 4-star wellness hotel!!!

We had a room including dinner just to be told at check-in that we had to be present for dinner exactly 19:00 and not as expected during the announced opening hours of the restaurant. When we showed up at 19:00 the restaurant was nearly full and the staff not able to cope with the number of guests. We could not order drinks until just before the desert and the food was at best mediocre, just small portions of boring, dry food.

friendly staff, trying to accommodate our needs and let us use spa sauna even after we check out as well didnt have time for previous late evening arrival; nice dinner and buffet!
