Dating back to 1810, Sun Palace Wellness Hotel is located in the center of Mariánské Lázně, a few steps away from the springs and the Singing Fountain, and offers wellness facilities such as swimming pool and a sauna and also includes a restaurant and a café bar. Each room offers views of the park and the colonnade, designer furniture, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a bath or a shower. Most of the bathrooms are fitted with Italian marble. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the hotel. Guests can relax in a café with a sunny outside garden, and they can enjoy views of the historical colonnade and beautiful park. We offer a wide range of cold and hot beverages, desserts and light dishes of modern cuisine. Unfortunately due to the city rules, it is not possible to park the car next to the hotel on the street. Very central place, direct access to park and a great view from the window
The dinner was very bad all 7 days of my stay, it not worth to take hb or fb. On first day of stay air conditioner stopped working, after reporting it several days same problem nothing changed, I had a feeling that they dont care.

Breakfast was ok, just normal classic buffet. Room quite big, excellent view towards the park and all hotels around. Beautiful.
Very small swimming pool(maybe just call it a pool) , but it was clean and warm at least.

Excelent location. Very helpful lady on reception - actually a hotel director. Even we got room, which was not ready, it was changed and everything was ok. The massage in hotel was very good and professional.

We spent a wonderful six days in Sun Palace Spa & Wellness. The hotel is located in the center of the resort, 50 steps from springs rise water. Bright rooms, comfortable and pleasant beds. Breakfast was delicious, tables beautifully set. It was convenient to use the bar on the first floor of the hotel in the evening hours. I especially want to emphasize the responsiveness of the staff.

Comfortable room nice breakfast.
Advert was full of lies. No English speaking receptionist. No WiFi. No room service (cleaning and no toilet paper). No business suite. Staff rude and unhelpful.

The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. However, many aspects of our stay were disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience.
We stayed as a couple at this hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived around 7:00 PM. By the time we had dinner at 7:30 PM, most of the food was cold and the selection was quite limited, with only a couple of side dishes, chicken, and fish. Drinks for dinner were available only for an additional fee. We were really looking forward to visiting the spa area and specifically asked for the sauna and pool hours to be extended by an extra half hour. However, the spa turned out to be disappointing, with a small pool and a Finnish sauna meant for only two people, and even that was cold. In the evening, when we returned from a walk, we discovered that there was no hot water throughout the hotel. Furthermore, our room had a very strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom. When we came for breakfast the next day around 9:20 AM (ending at 10:00 AM), the pancakes were no longer being replenished. However, overall, the breakfast had a more diverse selection of dishes compared to dinner.
