Location is great and you can feel the splendor of the past. The breakfast had good selection and was of good quality.
Everything seems a bit run down. The major issue was the shut down of all water in the hotel for the whole morning. The reception kept repeating that it will return in ten minutes, but after two hours we decided to continue our trip rather than wasting any more time. Wouldnt risk to stay there again.

Room was small but very nice and clean, very good value for money. It is nice and quiet hotel with great staff and perfect surroundings. Sauna and roman spa incl. in the price of the hotel room. Location in town centre.
I loved breakfast, but please bake dont buy = collection of sweet food is not good. But they have Moet :)

It's a beautiful Building, no doubt about that, on the inside as much as the outside. Central Location Dinner and Breakfast the other morning were absolutely delicious, Buffet had so many options all fresh and very tasty, Best Goulash we had during our whole Stay in Prague the days after. 10/10 It's like travelling back in time to the beginning of the 19th Century but also the early 90s kind of : )
The Spa, it needs some work done. Small but not charming, loose mosaic tiles, water temperature not warm neither cold, it felt like an improvised Cellar Pool. I had imagined it a bit more luxurious and relaxing. Noisy Room, I am a light sleeper but this was a constant noise the whole night through, Tried to find out where the noise was coming from, Air Conditioning Machine some other constant running machine like big Fridges maybe, the sound was all over the room coming from the bottom window area. We had a small Baclony with view on the building opposite (back street) but the noise came from inside the hotel it was quiet outside. Could not sleep even with good earplugs. It was just a one night stay so we did not ask to switch rooms.

Wonderful breakfast a lot to choose from. Very close to the city center. Overall calm environment. Very helpful staff, even with some small issue with the room, they immediately found a solution.
Understandably alcohol is paid at dinner, however, at least water or juice could be for free. Dark and small pool. Some thresholds were poorly fitted in the room. And extremely soft mattress, had a back pain after one night.

Breakfast was good and plenty. The hotel was very nice overall. The pool is too small for the hotel size. And it was very warm everywhere. Hotel has no parking.
Parking garage is a 3 minute walk away.
Dogs cost almost 25 per night.
