Good value for money. The staff were very friendly. They even provided a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Thanks to the good satellite programs, we found a channel about Japan and enjoyed it. For people who prefer remote, quiet accommodation, it is a good option. We have found a free-parking on the side nearby.
It was the off-season, so there were only a few guests, and the spa was not running all the time; you had to pre-order it for private use, what was quite expensive for one person.

This is a small, clean and quaint hotel with comfortable beds, nice settings of the very basic kitchenette , showers.
The hotel is located next to the local park. They offer a very basic breakfast for 10 euros. I went for full breakfast to Nabokov hotel which is close by and the same price.
No elevator which is difficult to claim the stairs with the luggage.
Location is 15 minute away walking distance from the spa area.
Constant noise from construction; rebuilding the area behind the hotel as well as next door building during the day. Noise from the neighbouring apartment building where people are having fun at night.
