Great location about 10/15 mins walk to the promenade through a park or along the main road. Big apartment with comfy beds. Helpful hosts. Parking available on the street. Shops 2 mins drive. Thank you.

Good area - it is close to Ferdinand's spring and city center and shops, close to BUS/Trolleybus stops and not far from the main spa center with a nice walk through park. Freshly baked spa wafers can be smelled in the apartment and around in the evening (except for Friday-Sunday probably) from the nearby producing facility of Kolonda wafers. You don't need to go to a shop, where they warm them up to smell that. The house seems to be newly reconstructed and equipped and the host was very pleasant. No problem to park a car around, usually even to be able to see it from your apartment.
It is a lot of stairs for the apartment under roof, but that was expected. The apartment under the roof is of course warmer in a really hot summer. But the area seems to chill out quickly in the night, so it is possible to ventilate it enough before midnight (in August).

Clean, nice apartment, close to city centre
The host is not friendly nor pleasant in light words.
We came with a family just for the check in and he did not allow them at first to come see the place, later he was very unpleasant in communication aspect.
In the evening my family and I were celebrating Easter while everything else was closed in the city quietly together in the room, and he told them to leave, even though we were not noisy at all.
At the check out, instead of asking for our experience, he asked Did you leave the room clean?
But the apartment itself is excellent.

Everything! Location close center, restaurants, shopping centers, parks in calm place. Free parking on the street near apartment. Beautiful renovated villa, stylish design. Comfortable apartments with all u need for one night or longer period. Helena, the owner, is the best host!

Very Good
Location is near parks and springs. Easy parking. Accommodation was roomy and the shower was great.
Ground floor apartment was a little cold at first. Corner bedroom had lots of light in the morning, but the other room had little natural light.
