The location was excellent.
Lack of plug sockets in the room, no usb sockets, no complementary water in the room, no fresh milk - just powered milk. Considering it was a 5 star, I would at least expect a smart TV.

Our accommodation was very clean and spacious. Breakfast served a variety of food for every taste and the staff were very attentive throughout.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Prague.
Nothing, I have no complaints about this hotel.

It was all very good. From the reception staff to restaurant staff and housekeeping.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff very attentive. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night, the food was very good and again the staff were very attentive.
The location is really handy for wandering round the Old Town and has plenty of restaurants nearby.
The rooms and bed are very comfortable and well soundproofed. There is an electrically controlled blind plus curtains and net curtains to keep it dark for sleeping.
I would happily stay at the Art Nouveau Palace again.
There was only one very minor concern. In December it was warm in the room at night. If you open the window to cool it down, the street noise was disruptive to my sleep.

The location was great, staff was very helpful and kind. Room was extremely big and cozy and the bed was very comfortable.
Fairly overpriced. Heating was not sufficient, sometimes the room was kind of cool.

The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
The breakfast choices were extensive and the food was tasty.
The hotel was extremely clean.
It was good value for money for a hotel in a prime location.
Some of the staff at breakfast were a little too attentive and took our plates away while we were still eating.
