The breakfast was delightful, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options, although it could have offered a slightly wider selection. Despite the hotel's apparent proximity to Prague city center in terms of straight-line distance (approximately 15 kilometers), commuting during weekdays can be heavily congested. Thus, allocating enough time for travel is advisable. Similarly, the nearby shopping center, Centrum ern Most, though seemingly close in a straight line, requires at least an hour's walk. Therefore, individuals choose for walking or public transportation should be careful of their choice. Of course, these factors are entirely unrelated to the hotel itself. Additionally, I must commend one of a hotel's female manager. She displayed remarkable responsibility and courtesy, promptly addressing any issues that arose during our stay. We are sincerely grateful for her attentive assistance.
There is significant room for improvement in the hotel's management. Let me provide some examples: 1. On the night my family and I checked in, there was a discrepancy between reception and me regarding the amount of payment. Eventually, I had to settle the payment through Booking.com. Despite presenting the receipt from Booking, the reception lady insisted on waiting for the backend system to update before issuing us keys. I found this process to be rather inefficient. From a customer service perspective, priority should be given to promptly checking in weary travelers who have just completed a long journey, rather than focusing on procedures. Additionally, reception lady insisted on inspecting our passports, visas (and even attempted to verify the authenticity of our visas). I have never encountered such rigorous check-in procedures at any hotel in other countries. The entire process made us feel extremely mistrusted. My family and I waited at the front desk for nearly an hour before being allowed to check in. By this time, the hotel's restaurant had also closed. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the heating was not turned on, and the temperature indoors was barely 15 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the blankets were extremely thin. Although the hotel manager eventually assisted in turning on the heating, we spent the night shivering in our clothes, which gave a very unpleasant start to our vacation. 2. Another example is that despite there being three of us staying, all toiletries and towels were provided for only two people. On the third morning (yes, you read that correctly, room service every three days), we reminded the front desk to replenish toiletries for three people during room service, but when we returned in the evening, we still only had supplies for two. It appears that communication between departments within the hotel needs big improvement. There are other examples, but I will not list them all here.

The location of the hotel is far from the city center, and it was very calm. You feel like you are in the middle of a forest. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. It is a really good choice for the family with the kids.
There were not many varieties for selection but breakfast was good enough. However, all the meat selection possibilities were with pork. I do not eat pork, that is why it is important for me ( of course it depends on the person). 3

The service in the restaurant is very good and all the staff are very kind.
The environment of the golf course is very good, except that we will make an appointment to play golf next time when we come here again.
We stayed for four days and everything was very good, but on the last day when we came back to the house in the evening, we found a lot of ants in the bathroom in the shower and on the floor. It may be that the golf course hotel has grass outside, so the ants came in. We sent them away with water

Ideal place for quiet relaxation, super comfortable, yet still within a short drive to the very center of Prague. Surroundings are picturesque and very well looked after. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good, but a bit short on fruit/vegetable/snack part. Separate toilet and shower rooms give additional comfort. Closed garage is great for keeping your car away from the elements. Backyard is nice for having outdoors tea or coffee. Bed is high and firm which is a bonus for anyone with a sore back.
Mosquito nets on windows would be a great addition. During our stay the region experienced water supply interruption that lasted for 8 hours, which was not in any case Property's fault. Water supply utility company was swift in providing drinking water cisterns throughout the nearby town to supply public with water, which was 2 minutes drive away from the Property.

Location is perfect, size is perfect, Breakfast is good. All clean, and fine for overnight stay.
Beds are two small for two friends, its nice for married couple but not for friends. Yes they are comfy, but not always lovers sleeps at golf course.

Wonderful
Beautiful and quiet place, good communication with the city center, but also nice surroundings and a brewery nearby. Nice bungalow, great facilities, friendly staff, tasty breakfast.
Separate mattresses in one double bed is not the most comfortable solution (due to the chink in the middle) and the duvet was a bit too thin.

Very clean, modern furnishings, with its own garage and a terrace. It was perfect
and the Black Bridge golf course is super nice and praise goes to the greenkeeper perfect.
I'll be back next year.
