The hotel is really quiet located in a back-street and back-yard, but still in the center of Prague. Everything can be reached in walking distance. Staff was very friendenly and welcoming. Good Breakfast.
The interiour of the hotel is little outdated and could take some refurbishment. Also rooms and public spaces (like breakfast room) are very dark. There are a lot stairs to take (not an issue but worth to mention for older travellers).

The location and charm of the hotel receives top marks. Rooms are small and in my case, there was no separate bathroom, only a sliding glass door. Bed and cushions were uncomfortable so I didn’t get much sleep, but fine for those who like a firm mattress and soft pillows. Breakfast was ok but Communication in English with staff was tricky.

perfect location, views and service, we could leave our bags with the hotel before checkin and briefly after checkout. overall friendly staff and clean rooms, breakfast was very nice too (good coffee!)

Great location in a pretty building. Breakfast buffet was nice but the coffee machine was complicated.
No elevator to the rooms (for luggage).

Fantastic location in a beautiful building. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
There isn't a lift which was no problem when we arrived because our bags were taken to our rooms so we didn't have to worry about taking them up the stairs. However when we checked out there was nobody that could assist us and it was really difficult getting our luggage down all the stairs.

The location is centric, the front office staff was welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast staff was very nice with a special mention to Lesia, who was amazing in spite of the fact it was fully booked due to Christmas.
The gentleman in charge of the restaurant in the hotel was very rude and not interested at all in helping us with anything for dinner for our daughter who has celiaki. Then we just asked for some butter and cheese and that was also given to us with a very long face, as if he was doing me a favor. He also asked me to bring back the bowl with butter as if i was going to take it home....weird he was.
