Good location close to railwaystation and citycenter
Very old facilities, rooms poorly equipped, had a spider net in the room not cleaned, all very outdated and it's definetly not 5 star hotel. Breakfast extremely limited.

Comfy, great breakfast, friendly staff, good size room.
Aircon wasnt working and if you open the windows its very noisy Quite far from Clock Tower - about 20min walk but Museum metro 5min away.

Breakfast staff is very friendly and I liked all the food choices offered in a lovely room. The desk staff is also very friendly and helpful.
An earlier breakfast start (7:30 is a bit late) would help those needing to leave early. The coffee tastes like it was made in old aluminum coffee makers from the 1960’s. You need to upgrade your coffee tech. It had the worst taste from my four hotels so far this trip. The doorman is a nice touch but he’s not very friendly and neither greets nor welcomes.

Lovely hotel in a good location close to the station. Excellent breakfast with a good choice. Easy walk in and out of the city centre.
Noise from neighbouring room. Not the hotels fault but annoying all the same. Shame the lounge closed at 7pm, would have used the bar if it was open later. Hotel classes itself 5*, so it's a bit mean only putting kettle in expensive rooms especially with the lounge closed at 7, it's not unreasonable to want a hot drink after 7pm. It wouldn't break the bank. Not everyone can afford the fancy rooms, but they shouldn't be treated this way.

I had a wonderful stay at Esplanade Hotel Prague. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
