Above average service in general, bigger room (got a free upgrade), impressive tea selection at the breakfast.
Room too dark, TV quite small, bad channel reception and too quiet even when volume turned up to the max.

The location is quite good and it is easy to approach Metro & Tram. There are several restaurant nearby the hotel.
It is better if the check out time can be delayed to 14:00 based on customer needs.
