Hotel price was unbeatable, and $40/night with breakfast included is a steal! Breakfast was amazing, so many choices, better than other expensive hotels we traveled to. Restaurant is open till 11pm and has pretty good food. Good location, close to highway. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Secured paid parking is available, or free parking on the grass.
This is an old communist building, partially renovated. It's still being renovated, we saw ongoing construction. Rooms and bathrooms are very dated and need updates badly. Luckily, it looks like they're working on it. Mixed clientele is a turn off, some guests at the restaurant were drunk and loud, but the rest was OK.
Don't expect a tea/coffee kettle in the room, there was also no bottled water. But for the price it's ok.
Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a cheap hotel, and don't mind a few flaws. Breakfast made it all worth the stay :)

Property is within 7 minute walk from the underground. Breakfast was okay but the hotel has a restaurant of its own with outside sitting area, amazing fried Gouda cheese and beer.

Receptionist and restaurant staff, breakfast food selection, location.
Room was really disappointing, there was very unpleasant smell, probably from very old carpets, no air conditioning so during our summer visit it was to hot during the night and in general the room furniture and fixtures very old. Bed mattresses too soft, but it's the usual scenario for most hotels.

Very good breakfast,comfortable beds,metro very near and also very quiet area near park and forest.
Svitlana at reception was very nice lady.
Hotel is on hill,so returning to it after tiring day isn't comfortable.
Maybe a kettle and refrigerator in room would be a nice to have.

The shower gel smells insanely good. View from the balcony was very nice as well.
The staff at the restaurant did not speak English at all and was quite unpleasant. It felt like they didn't want us there. The opposite can be said about the friendly Hotel staff.

Very nice hotel to relax next to the woods, The price was amazing, nice breakfast, not too far from the city center and a fancy lobby.
The room was smelly and we tried everything but the smell didn't go. The hotel is up on a hill so it wasn't very comfortable for my old father to reach the place if you don't have a car. However, you can get a taxi.
