Good Location, decent rooms.
People had a party till 3 AM, door smacking, screaming, banging at the wrong door - not able to sleep at all etc. Noone from the Adrez team to resolve it on site - everything remotley and on phone. Terrible way of online checking with picutres of the passport being shared.

Words really cannot describe how special this hotel is.
The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.
We booked the Opera Dinner held within the hotel, it was utterly wonderful. What an experience.

First of all, the hotel is super welcoming when you check in. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and you can tell they put effort into the little details.
Our room was spacious, had everything we needed (It doesn't have an iron, but you can request one at the front desk and they deliver it to your room). It was very quiet, the beds were comfy and the facilities were clean.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from most attractions.
Breakfast was phenomenal and had a great variety. I highly recommend you try eating dinner at the hotel's restaurant, too.
During our stay, there was an opera dinner which the hotel suggested we'll attend. It was definitely worth the money and I can't recommend it enough.
Grand Hotel Bohemia is definitely the best hotel we've stayed in. I'm grateful for them providing us with such a memorable experience.

Apparently, this is a very nice hotel. It is comfortable, welcoming, elegantly furnished. Breakfast is excellent.
However, this is not a family address. I do not recommend it under any circumstances to parents who would like to make their children discover in the best conditions, the beautiful city of Prague. Parties are organized regularly by the hotel. You can come across a Playboy Party with escort girls throughout the hotel. "masseuses." Professional go out hotel rooms, messy and naked under a hastily knotted robe.

Excellent customer service at all times with high attention to detail and a client-centric approach. The concierge facilitated an earlier check-in to accommodate our earlier arrival and provided two complimentary bottles of champagne to the room. One on our first night and another on the next night as a birthday gift with a lovely personalised message. The in-house bar and dining was superb. The room was also was also perfect for us. Absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay again when next visiting Prague.

Clean, wonderful staff, breakfast was very good with choice of ordering or buffet. Prague is a great city to visit and this beautiful hotel is right by metro but still walkable to a lot of attractions.
