The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.The location was great, just a short walk to the Old Town Square. There was an extensive choice of food for breakfast and we also had a meal there in the evening which was excellent.

Bar staff not at all friendly no conversation from them and close bar by turning off lights and walk away. In ireland they tell you and ask if u need anything before they close.

Breakfast was full of choices and excellent quality of the food, coffee, etc. Room for family with three members was small, with the luggages the space was limited. Location of the hotel was excellent. With ten minutes walk, we could reach old center town or new city center, many choices around to eat, malls to shops etc
We wanted to have more space in our room.

Very good location, near the shopping mall and small Christmas market in front of it. Cleaned daily, same breakfast everyday.
You need to ask for extra heating in the room if you feel cold at 22 degrees C. Parking is 30€/day, which only comes up after the reservation.
