The location is good, close to old town. Generally the hotel is clean and breakfast is fine.
the hair dryer is totally mess! It was too weak. I called reception for a help to change or to do something but they said they can not. Mine was not working almost - if I blow my hair by myself it would be dry faster. They did not helped me.

Comfortable beds, power showers, 5 hour happy hour for cocktails at the bar, attentive staff. Breakfast had a great selection and the meal we had on arriving was very good (and discounted).
Lift B seemed to be overridden by staff on occasion causing a delay. Waffles at breakfast were very dry. Milk cartons - milk was curdled on X2 occasions.

Even though the Czechs are not that open the staff was very welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good, well balanced between sweet and savory breakfast.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind and the breakfast was amazing. There was always hot hoter and the rooms are air conditioned, which was lovely during the snowy days that we were there.
We only experienced an issue with cleanliness but the staff sorted it out immediately.

Super friendly staff, very clean. Cant fault anything. Close to many amenities. Nice restaurants right next door and a couple minutes walk to some too attractions. Shopping centre few doors down. Lovely breakfast. Thought it was great value for money. Very close to metro station so made getting there from airport via public transport very easy. Would recommend to family and friends.
