The room was big, lots of storage space for the luggage. It was designed very nicely.
The bed was comfortable.
The water pressure and temperature were both great.
It was quite and there was no disturbance from outside the room.
The location is very close to all of the sights and attractions of the old town.
The bathroom: the section of the shower is too small and water got everywhere on the floor and sink, even if no high pressure was applied.
The door was a glass slide door, which was in no way isolating. Also, it kept opening on its own.
The bed linens were polyester and it created noise.

Was a nice quiet location within walking distance of attractions.
Was limited selection of toiletries. Only enough conditioner for one hair wash. Hand soap was very low and not refilled.

So much choice for breakfast with choice of Prosecco or orange juice on entry. Available 6:30-10:30 so ideal. Hotel was super clean and the beds were one of the comfiest I’ve slept in a hotel. Felt safe as need key card to access lifts.
More space in the bar area. Large hotel with only 6/7 table.

The location was good.
Breakfast buffet excellent choices.
Room cleaning was great and efficient.
Bath instead of shower. Odd shaped room that was quite small. Very dirty carpet in bedroom. Window wouldn't open but didn't bother to request staff to open it. Quite expensive for the room we had. Gym facilities are advertised with wellness centre on Booking.com but there is no gym. That was one of the main reasons that we booked the Grandium so we were very disappointed with the misleading advertised facilities

Paying a deposit of €100 on check in ‘incase we cause damage’ was not very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was average for the price

Very short walk from the main rail station- great for evening arrivals or early morning departures. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Helpful staff.
Rooms and restaurant were a bit pricey.
Interior design was bizarre for my North American sensibilities: SO many mirrors, chrome, different flooring and lighting fixtures.

Clean, amazing breakfast, friendly and professional staff. Really good location with a good restaurant literally opposite and everything you want to see from shopping, sightseeing and eating is again fairly close with a short walk. Also it was nice that our rooms had windows to refresh the air.
Not really much. If I could say something is that the rooms are on the smaller size for a five-star hotel.
