Service was very good. All the members of the staff are kind and willing to help. Helena gave me a great first impression with all important information and tips for my days in Prague. Breakfast is typical and good. Bed is very comfortable and the pillows huge you can walk to most main parts of the city and the public transport is right outside the hotel.
Shower is good, but the area of it could be more spacious.

The location is good, there is a parking (however for additional price even if we had the special offer with parking) -it seems our car was staying in better condition than we.
The floor in our bathroom was dirty and there were insects running on the floor when we switched on the light. There was no baby cot provided, I ordered it when booking but I was informed about the absence during my road to the hotel. There is no double beds (according to managers words) in the hotel and we needed to manage to sleep with a kid on 2 mattresses. Very poor design, outdated furniture in the rooms. The manager tried to resolve the issues and proposed other rooms with the same problems. As result I spent about one hour to checking the terrible rooms instead of sleeping with my little one. Unfortunately we had to stay there for one night as we came late at night.

Everything was very clean. Good pet policy. Basic but tasty breakfast. Small car garage with elevator, big enough for sedans only
Room was smaller than it appeared on the photos. Also, at 10:58 (2 minutes before checkout time), our key cards to the room stopped working - this felt like forceful eviction, and we weren't warned about this system during check-in :)

The staffs are amazing all of them, they were all helpful and communicates well . The room is always warm that also made me enjoyed my stay
No tea in the room or tea kettle to make hot water yourself . Also the breakfast should be looked into by adding waffles pancakes

They upgraded our room free of charge so we would be comfortable with the baby bed. Indeed the room was very big and we enjoyed very much our stay. The breakfast was also very good.
Plus, we asked the reception for recommendations for xmas dinner and they found us a couple of options immediately. They were pretty helpful.
