The owner was really helpful, when we checked in he also helped us to find our way around accommodation, he showed us where the metro station is. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful garden which is a great place to relax.

It was nice and quiet. Owners are very friendly. It was clean but there was spiders webs in two places decent size. Some quests before me was boiling rice in the kettle... Not the owners fault. Maybe the cleaning staff.
I was on the top floor, so it might be the reason why the water pressure was terrible.

The hotel has no lift, but the man is very helpful. Their hotel invoicing system is old. I needed two seperate invoice, he couldn't do it although i get from all other hotels. I thought that breakfast is included but it wasn't. Thx it wasn't, because they sell cheese, sausages and etc. Which is packed ones as from the market. The room was enourmous, the bad was very comfy and everywhere was so clean..bathroom water comes so low, needs to be repaired.
The invoicing system...

We loved the owner's reception, the room is huge, they leave breakfast in abundance in the fridge and every day they leave warm bread on the doorstep. Excellent option for those with a car, parking is free.
Nothing, I already knew it was far from the center but I chose to stay there because I had a car and it was excellent value for money for the quality offered.

Of all the places we stayed so far, this is without doubt the most beautiful and the best place we stayed in. The apartment is huge, clean and beautiful with the sort of an antique design. Every morning a fresh baguette is waiting for you. Free parking space inside the yard with the video surveillance.
The hosts are extremely nice and helpful and I admire how the family keeps the place in such a way. The garden is perfect for the morning and afternoon coffee as it is peaceful and full of various trees and flowers.
The location itself is close to the metro station (5-7 min walking) which goes to the Old Town, and also tram station (10 min walking) which goes directly to Prague Castle.
Since we are the second time in Prague, we do plan to return again and will come again to this hotel. Thank you for making our vacation so good.
