Wonderful
Very comfortable beds, extremely clean room, nice stuff, and very rich and delicious breakfast!! The variety in the restaurant was very nice too..
We didn't find a bellman to help us with our luggage

Staff in the reception was beeing awfull. We made reservation for two families with sam amount of adult people and kids. The invoice was different for each fakily. When we asked why they did not have zhe answer and were being completely rude. The difference between fanilies was 13. They said we are talking about 6 on family. It is not the amount which was the problem ot was wanting to know why and them being extreemely rude and arogant. Also whatever we asked then they just said I do not know.disaster.

The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest every night. There were a lot of options to choose from at breakfast, and we really enjoyed that as well.
The glasses from the room were not clean, and when they came and changed the towels, it looked like they were only put back without being replaced with clean ones.

It was okish...
"When I arrived at the reception for check-in, the person there displayed a complete lack of professionalism. I was asked to pay a different amount of money than what was shown on Booking.com, citing the reason that I didn't pay in the local currency, despite the fact that everywhere the price was listed in euros, including the payment details that indicated they accepted payment in euros.
In the end, I managed to resolve the issue the next day, but it was a stressful experience without even an apology offered. I tried to speak with a manager on three different days at different times to request the removal of misleading information from Booking.com. However, there was no response whatsoever, just complete silence. For these reasons, I do not recommend this hotel."
