The hairdryer in the room wasn’t working, and they gave me an even smaller one after request.
I booked two double rooms for 4 people, 2x2, and when arriving they said I had booked 2 double rooms for 2 people.

Breakfast was really enjoyable, wide choise and delicious food. Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and gave us some tips, and vouchers.
Parking lot at the hotel was full, so we had to park about 10 minutes far away from the hotel.

We really liked this hotel, it was very cozy and the location was lovely. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. There was something for everyone, from tofu to croissants, toast and cake. The small bar, which is also located in the hotel, was excellent, the staff were super friendly and the drinks were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay, as our room also met all the necessary criteria for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is somewhat old, neither the three elevators nor the breakfast room can bare the large amount of people who stay in the hotel. This results in waiting too long in front of the elevator and in getting into the breakfast room, where you have to wait again to get a table or get access to the coffee machine. The location is excellent, in 20 minutes you can be in the city center using only one subway line and walking only 10 minutes. The staff of the hotel is very nice and they really try their best to compensate for the huge crowd and somewhat wear down building.

The staff was very friendly, the location was also good, 5-7 mins walk to the metro, directly near the hotel there is a bus station. There is UNO market inside the hotel, which is open till midnight. The guests are provided with discount card for the market, as well as Prague pass card which gives account to different places. There was a vine in the room as a gift. At the end they gave us 500 Czk discount for our next visit. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfasts I ever had. The rooms were very clean. The bed was super comfortable.
The furniture was old. The toilet and bathroom are separated and small, but clean. It seamed kind of Soviet Union building.

THE greatest hotel I have ever stayed in! Such friendly staff, late check-out no problem, also to leave car in car park on day of departure until evening, great and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, water and wine complimentary, free coffee and tea in room, fridge,, Prague discount card, little supermarket inside at very decent price, THANK YOU!

The breakfast was truly exceptional: very generous, varied, and delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had!
The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a hairdryer, bathroom products, and towels provided. We really appreciated the little extras: a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, vouchers for a free drink at the bar next door, a car wash voucher, and free parking.
The location is also great – not too far from the city center.
The only small downside, if I had to mention one, is that the room wasn’t completely dark— light came through the door and windows despite the curtains. However, this is a very personal thing, as I’m used to sleeping in total darkness.
In any case, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
