We fell in love with this charming hotel! The room was spacious and they made sure we had the accessible one for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast offerings are robust and tasty! It’s a terrific location, much quieter than other parts of Prague, but super easy access to all you would want to see. Kampa park is lovely and literally next door.
It was a great stay - just a note if you need the mobility access, there is a stair lift to get up to the reception and main lift, but the staff is great about explaining how to use it and assisting if need be

Buffet Breakfast was superb with a good spread of hot and cold dishes. Clean rooms. Located in the Kampa area which is less busy but still close to
Old city Center. Nothing to dislike!

The location of the Hotel is exceptional, in the heart of the historical center of Prague one step away from the Charles bridge.
The only thing is that this isn't a 4 star hotel as we in Italy intend for a 4 star hotel. But it's just a minor issue.
Stained carpet both in the room and in the hallway. The bathroom was not a bathroom of a 4 star hotel

Ideal location, close to the centre but far enough away from the crowds, can get on a boat trip 100 metres from hotel, next street is whee the John Lennon wall is. Hotel backs onto a small river, there is a shared terrace which overlooks the river. Would strongly recommend

Perfect location for tourist area, all within walking distance. Staff very accommodating with Tomas offering assistance with checking in and out plus free welcome drink on arrival and homemade brownie on departure. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Offers a good breakfast catering for all tastes.

Amazing location, right at the bottom of the street is the Charles bridge. The hotel was lovely and clean with a lovely view of the river.
I Couldn’t fault the hotel. Everything was perfect, clean and a great base to explore from.

The convenience of the location, the hospitality of the staff, they easy checkin (I have arrived past midnight and they tried to reach me but I was in flight so they could not but did leave the access card on the reception desk with my name on it), the breakfast was amazing. Absolutely ideal for city break with friends.
I had a single room and the beds are a bit small.
