Absolutely amazing in every way, but this hotel caters to Orthodox Jewish clients so if that's not what you want, go elsewhere.

The property is in a really rough looking part of town we didnt feel safe. Also the staff wasnt very welcoming we had lost our Luggage at the airport and turned up to the hotel to decide what to do. I explained the situation and the person on Reception still demanded that I give my card details to pay a Security deposit for the room when we had explained we probably wouldnt be staying and we would be going home that night. Within a few minutes of checking into the room, somebody knocked in the door to remove every item out of the drinks fridge as we hadnt odif the deposit it was so abrupt rude & insensitive considering what we just went through. We called out friends who said we can go sit in their hotel & order food we left straight away. Do not recommend

Breakfast selection (almost) like on Shuk Machane Yehuda, rooms with PERFECT BEDS and beautiful showers! Great towels and bathrobes, great staff at the hotel! The synagogue in the hotel makes the morning routine easier.

The name
Dirty worn carpet everywhere; Noisy guests with a complete lack of respect for others; And most importantly, absolutely unprofessional staff at the reception. I'm not even talking about such little things that they charged me 15 euros for a bottle of apple juice that doesn't cost even 1 euro; Most important that they blocked a deposit of 300 euros and still haven't unblocked it although 10 days have passed. So at the moment I paid for miserable room 2 times 250 (instead of 235 as they promise) + 303 EUR deposit still was not refunded! What the hell did you charge me a second payment if I already left you a deposit of 300 euros?!
