Location is perfect. Minutes away from Old Town & Wenceslas Square & opposite a modern shopping mall. Room was cleaned well & promptly. Hotel bar was great. Little touches like bedroom slippers, umbrellas, & free chocolates in lobby were appreciated.
Staff are extremely pleasant, polite and professional but could get to know their guests more and ask open-ended questions like, "What brings you here to Prague?" etc, to which I would have replied "We are here for my 40th Birthday"

Comfortable room. Large bathroom. Very convenient location for the major tourist sites.
The room was kept very hot - we struggled to use the air conditioning to get it to a comfortable temperature. We had to wait over an hour for water to be brought to our room after requesting the same. Room had stairs at the entrance - we have no mobility issues but there had been no warning of this and they may have been an inconvenience to other less mobile guests.

Staff were very friendly, immaculate condition and very nice breakfast.
The spa is lovely but the pool area could do with a little updating. Not enough to be off putting but a refresh would add to it.

Significantly, The Staff were super friendly, professional, not to mention the hotel is considered in such a prime location which is absolutely superb! Close to everything i.e. central station, palladium, etc.
The room was spotless and breathtaking, definitely the breakfast was excellent with wide range of varieties with excellent staff who were super nice.
Definitely and highly recommend Kings Court and sure will return back to it :)

We love the location of the property. The staff were great, the bathrooms were great with everything you needed, especially the toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was also good and open till late.
There was nothing about this property that we did not like, and we would go back again
