Location is extremely convenient and made for a smooth transfer from airport. You can walk everywhere from here, or if raining, the main tram lines (or metro which I didn't use myself) will get you to and from. Felt very open and out of the fray from the thongs of tourists. I had a Good view from the 4th floor. The "Sting" motif room was quite large, quiet and comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Prague. All staff persons were helpful and exceptional, helped me with my heavy suitcase down the very limited stairs so this was a non- issue. Also mini bar prices were good. Thank you!

We fell in love with this wee hotel which is now our new go-to. The room we had (Jon Bon Jovi) was gorgeous, with a view to die for. It was light and roomy, and it felt very homely. On a warm evening, we sat at the open window and watched all the passing trams as the light was fading and the Hradany Castle stood more beautiful than ever. Who needs television? Really appreciated the nibbles provided; that was a lovely touch.

I came with my husband and trip to city center. Firstly Asten Hotel is a chain brand, I like. Room was quietly enough, view was amazing, selected king size bed. Breakfast is really good. Greetings to Elina she helped us too much. If I visit again Prag, exactly will select there. Safety area. Transportation is very good. Location perfect. In old town and close to castle.
Just room was cold for night times in beginning pf october. Maybe reason we came from Trkiye and always hot than Europe. Hotel informed their system start to hot condition after nov.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Some staff helpful and friendly.
The room was terribly hot. The air conditioner did not work properly. One staff member said this was a problem that has not been fixed. You could set it on 21 and it would cool a bit. There was also a great deal of mixed messages about our taxi booking.
