Older hotel but rooms are large and well equipped. Bed was comfortable & included two chairs for sitting and reading. Location was excellent for spending time in Old Town & staff was friendly & knowledgeable if we had a question.

The location cannot be beat! 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options and parking! Comfortable beds too. Good price for the room, breakfast and location! Well worth the price, which was very good.
The furnishings were a bit old fashioned and the TV was small but those can be updated/changed and in no way take away from the overall experience of our stay there!

Beautiful room and hotel! Staff was great and understanding. Had good parking facilities that allowed my car to not get packed in snow. Great place in Old Town Prague. Would stay here again!
Hard to find, especially in a snow storm, but still has a great stay!!

Location of the property is excellent! 5 minutes walk to the Christmas markets snd old town square. The staff are all so helpful especially the lady who checked in and checked us out. I couldnt fault her. So helpful and friendly.
If I have to nit pick, the elevator was playing up that day. However, when I need it the most, it was working.

The location was great and housekeeping came by every day to clean every day so it made it tolerable
Nowhere near as nice as the pictures. Very average hotel, starting with the un inviting foyer. We felt really uncomfortable staying there overall. The lactation was great but you can hear foot traffic from the street and basically everything from the room next door. Breakfast was cheap and gross. Not what we expected from the reviews. My toddler was still jetlaged so we couldnt make it most mornings and they didnt let us take it upstairs when we first arrived. Honestly, if you want a comfortable stay, look elsewhere
