Location was perfect - close to main square. Nice buffet breakfast and very pleasant staff. Older hotel but room was cleaned every day and comfortable. Nothing fancy but met my needs to be close to tourist activities and Christmas markets.

Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff; they went above and beyond to assist us with parking our large van. Our room was great and the view was extraordinary! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, the staff were very helpful and polite, our room was extremely comfortable and very clean, we even had a mini kitchen.
Our breakfast was amazing the selection changed daily and was replenished frequently by the efficient staff.

Location Location Location! And the buffet was Amazing, plenty to choose from picky eaters like myself
I wish there was a ceiling fan or a fan of some sort, Prague’s weather was very mild for December so I had to leave the windows open at all times

We stayed at the suite. It was very spacious, great view from the terrace, big terrace. The location was excellent. great breakfast.
The hotel is very old. Weird smell. Weird old design. Not even electronical keys. The mattress was hard. The breakfast room was a bit crowded. The shower was tiny, also it smelled bad. You had to wait a long time for the hot water to start.

The hotel was in a fabulous position, very close to the centre of the old town- close to Christmas markets, great restaurants and shopping. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The breakfast spread was one of the best we’ve ever had in any of our travels!

Staff were great - the lady at the front desk was the BOSS and made sure to get us where we were going. The breakfast was delicious and was surprised with how much variety there was!

The hotel is in a great location, only some two-minute walk from The Old Town Square. The hotel is very homely and the breakfast is unbelievable..

Exceptional location, in very easy walking distance to all the highlights. But no noise or disturbance despite being in the heart of things Really comfy beds, hot showers, big rooms. Lovely city views from some rooms. Warm. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice, daily variety and good quality.
There is no roof terrace unless it's attached to your room. Bathrooms are fully functioning but a bit tired.
