The sound proofing from the room is quite bad for room 120. We can hear our neighbour snoring and talking.

Room spotless, breakfast lovely, preferred the overflow restaurant as quieter and staff very attentive.
Room layout, bathroom only had a net curtain, not very private. No British TV channels apart from usual news. Do not do the meal deal food choice very poor and tasteless, wine disgusting.

Friendly helpful staff great hotel great location very comfortable and clean far enough away from the crowds but close enough to all the attractions fantastic local transport trams etc. Definitely use this hotel again

Hotel well situated close to the old town, 20 min walk and you are there. Room very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent but most of all the staff were very helpful at all times .
Nothing not to like but if to have find a negative then the breakfast restaurant was busy at times and difficult to find a table .

Balcony smaller than I expected. Asked for twin bed in room. Told not possible but clearly two divan beds put together so could have split them.

I really like the bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Great breakfast and a good location.
Unfortunately the air conditioning was off, so we had to keep the windows open because it got too hot.

Breakfast is amazing. The bartender, and waiter, who served us for dinner were also amazing. The dinner, drinks, and entree suggestions were on point. I Could not ask for better service. Everyone from the customers service agents at the desk to the valet parking attendant were professional and kind.
