Location, staff and food were great.
Bed was very firm. People like myself sleep on a softer mattress. So It was a little uncomfortable other than that, we had great stay.

I can’t believe this hotel has 4 star. The facilities are old. They transferred us 3x in different rooms. First the room was super smelly, 2nd room the shower holder is broken and tv isn’t working plus 1 blanket was missing. We were 4 and only 3 beds are ready to be used. The last room, shower holder was still the same and we decided to not say anything bec we didn’t want to be transferred again to another room. They compensated us with lounge access, which was a total joke because there’s almost nothing in there. This hotel should be renovated and the ratings here in booking.com are fooling people. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We paid so much for way less than expected. The only highlight is the staff. They were all nice and tried their best but there’s nothing they could really do.

The shower room need to be changed be honest...No curtain cover the bathtub and no anti-slip design inside and outside the bathtub. It's quite danger.

The first night didn’t go well—the room was smaller than expected and not as clean as we’d hoped. But once we raised the issue, the hotel team quickly stepped in and handled it with grace. The new room was lovely, the amenities were great, and we really appreciated the daily check-ins from staff. What could’ve been a disappointing stay turned into a really great experience.

It's a nice hotel with an amazing location and private parking. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. You get a Prague pass that gives you some discount at different touristic attractions (which we forgot to use, haha).
We drove here and parking in the city centre seems very complicated. The hotel parking is literally 2min walk away from the hotel so it wasn't an inconvenience.
It's an old building so don't expect the most luxurious place, but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked well.

The staffing of the hotel was really nice with my family, when arriving to the hotel we found a letter by hotel manager and a bottle of wine, that was really special, the room had a lot space , we are really appreciated the service given by the staffing. 10/10 as note without any doubt.

Osom personal, good location, parking, delicious breakfast!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the main reason was the amazing staff! Irina and her colleague at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! I travel a lot and usually find the standard options—eggs, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, bread, and desserts. But here, they go above and beyond! They offer unique, healthy choices like soy tofu with sesame, hummus, and many other nutritious options that you rarely find in hotels.
Yes, the hotel is a bit old and slightly worn out, but it has a certain charm. The professionalism and kindness of the staff make all the difference. Because of them, we are definitely coming back!
One downside is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear people from nearby rooms. This might be an issue for light sleepers.
