Location and breakfast
Beds are tired and need upgrading. Was disappointed that we had a room overlooking the metro and it was very loud every night! Don’t put older people on that side please!

Great central location. Service top notch. Good sized room and bathroom. Good variety of breakfast. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were amazing. Hotel immaculate throughout.

The breakfast is good. The location is fantastic. The hotels theme/decor is gorgeous. The staff is very welcoming.
The bathtub in the room is very dangerous. The interior slope of the tub and its height make it very dangerous to enter and to exit. Also the shower head falls apart when one tries to move it to a different height. Furthermore the glass door is very narrow which results for a lot of water to end up on the bathroom floor! In the past, I tried to use the sauna but to my shocking surprise I found out that besides the fact that it was a mixed gender sauna there was a naked man sitting inside. I address the incident with the staff and the basically told me that they cannot do anything about. Also, please make sure you fix all your noisy beds. It is a horrible experience not to be able to sleep because the bed keeps squeaking every time one turns. Last but not least when three guests stay in a room and the sofa bed it open there is no space to walk and to have the suitcases open.
