Nice and cute hotel outside the city center. We came by car, there was parking available always. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.
The heating is working only three times a day for limited time period, so it is a bit cold.

I chose this hotel because I had a business meeting nearby. The hotel exceeded my expectations - extremely clean, I especially liked the perfect white cotton bed linen. The mattress was also comfortable, probably even more comfortable than what I have at home. On the reception I even was offered a memory foam extra pillow. The blackout curtains kept the light out and I had a great night's sleep before the meeting. In general, the hotel had an atmosphere of calm and comfort, located in a quiet location next to a park (with easy access to the metro). In the evening, to work with my laptop, I sat down in a cozy chair in the hall, where there was very fast Internet (which I was worried about). The staff made a decent impression, both during check-in and at breakfast there were nice girls, it was clear that they were not indifferent to what they were doing. The breakfast was a buffet, not super varied, but again worthy of a 3 star hotel - and there was a selection of healthy, tasty options, as well as gluten-free options, which was important to me. I was also pleased with the possibility of late check-in, everything was conveniently organized online. As a result - my clear 10 points and a new booking for the next month)

Parking on the street - no places left so I had to park quite far away from the hotel. Neighbors with unfriendly messages on their fences saying no parking for hotel Shato guests. Breakfast - extremely simple. Staff at the breakfast didnt even respond to my greeting in the morning.

Firstly, many thanks to the hotel staff. They are helpful and friendly A good hotel to stay that is located in a quiet area of Prague. You can reach out to the old town of Prague within 15 mins by car. In the meantime, the hotel has free car parking spots. Breakfast was good Our room was very clean

Location was fairly good with the public transport to get to the city. Breakfast was fine. Parking for own car was found close to the hotel, but with more luggages it could have been challenging with the public transport.
With the hot summer season the room would have needed air conditioning, but luckily the neighbourhood was calm, so it was OK to keep the window open during the night.

Very nice small hotel in residential neighborhood. Door-to-door, it was a 10-minute pleasant walk through the park behind the hotel to Metro station Luiny on the yellow line. From there it took about 25 minutes to downtown Prague. Very convenient.

Very Good
Room was spacious and very clean as entire hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Access to the hotel and room with the card is very handy (no keys and codes), best option for me personally. Quiet neighbourhood and quit close to the public transport.
There was only 1 mirror in bathroom which was too low (I couldnt see my face). Room was in the attic so I understand it was only option but adding additional mirror somewhere else could solve the issue.
