First contact at the reception was great (Antonin, was very friendly and helpful). Than, other team of the reception was also great (Iullia, Angelina and Maxime), they was allwith here to help and to give good advise and also nice conversion in general, you can feel like at home with all of theme Also, the room was allwith super clean, and full of everything we need in our saty And the Breakfast was wonderful It a really very good breakfast was a very nice lady working there with her Nice Son My stay was magic I will never forget this nice hotel & this beautiful peopels Thank you, wish you all the best I will comeback for sur Merci beaucoup See you

Nice location, not far from all main attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Personell was really helpful and nice.
The only disadvantage is that, since it is an old building, it is not really suitable for people with reduced mobility. Although, there is an elevator, there are stairs that one need to use to reach it. Out of that, everything was great.

The elevator was a little awkward and slow. And the way the breakfast was set up wasnt the most efficient.

the rooms were very spacious and the location was great
the rooms are so big and empty just arranging the existing furniture would already make it a bit better. parking is not for free! 28 per night and its 300m away!

Really lovely apartment. Lots of little extra touches - fruit basket, slippers etc. that made us feel very welcome. Brilliant and well thought out visitors guide in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful (especially Tony) and gave us some great tips about how to see the city in the hot weather with the kids.
There was no air con in the living room or bedroom so it was really hot

Staff was great and always there to help, including the staff at the breakfast. Super helpful. Location was great and close to public transport
The property is typically okay. Nothing great. We didnt have the terrace room as displayed in the pictures, so dont know what it is staying in one of these rooms

Excellent location. Staff at the highest level. Delicious breakfasts. The kitchen staff are very friendly and welcoming. Spacious room. All necessary amenities.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Good choice for breakfast with both hot and cold options. The staff were quick to respond to any requests we had. Enjoyed our stay.
There is only one small lift to the upper floors, so needed to take stairs during busy times but that was fine.
