Excellent location for exploring the Old Town area
Rooms are basic, heater that I couldn't get to work, no Aircon so you have to open the windows. Noisy pub area when windows are open. Squash courts on level 1 so noisy when they are being used.

I would like to highly commend the hotel staff, especially the morning shift that worked on April 15th, who helped us a lot with finding a mechanic to repair the tire on our car. In addition to them, a big thank you to Ahmed who helped us with all the questions we had.

The staff was the most enjoyable part of this experience!
They were very dedicated, very understanding, and very generous. We got multiple discounts and even some coupons.
The rooms were huge and very spacious, which was very good for us.
Parking was not very far, and the staff was kind enough to let us check out later.
Breakfast was good.
We would give this place another shot due to the kindness of the staff.
It was definitely overpriced in relation to other options we had. It was our 5th time in Prague, so we know.
The hotel needs external renovations, and the door main entrance door needs replacement.
The cleaning of the carpets needs to be reviewed as well as the quality of the furniture inside the rooms (couches).

Very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast! Parking location at palladium is very spacious and just 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel and truly felt at home. The rooftop is magical, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful the reception staff were. Special thanks to Ahmed for his support and cooperation. I’ll definitely be coming back

We had a very good stay at the Metropolitan Old Town Hotel in Prague. The location is ideal – right in the Old Town, close to many main attractions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a shorter city trip.
A special thanks to Ahmed at the front desk – he was very welcoming & helpful.
Overall, the hotel offered good value for the price, and I’d be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Prague.
