it is the only hotel in Prague with a good view of the river, the castle, and the Charles bridge
the fabrics pf the furniture need an upgrade and some corners need a bit of maintenance

I booked on behalf of my parents as it was a 70th birthday. Their feedback was great location, lovely hotel and helpful staff.
They were very disappointed that much of the bars / dining was out of bounds as it was booked for private xmas parties. I wouldnt have booked had i known this to be the case, as ultimately made the booking quite poor value given the suite was particularly expensive.

Location, staff
Room was too hot, so could not sleep without opening the window (then difficult to sleep with city noise especially on the weekend). There are also very few outlets - while there were several USB outlets, many chargers have a mini USB/USB-C, so it was more difficult than expected to charge devices.

The courtyard room (106) was a little cold.
It was noisy as they were setting up for the Christmas Market right outside the door of the room. Work commenced early in the morning and woke us up.
We ate in the restaurant the first night but the food was cold and the atmosphere soulless.

The staff is absolutely kind and willing to serve and advise guests.
Rooms are more than luxurious and the view is outrageous!

Worth every cent spent. Outstanding stuff, parking they are taking care of, superior breakfast and center to everything location. No more to wish for. From now on will only stay with them whenever visiting Prague.
