The property was in the perfect location for me and my partner to explore Prague. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice of hot and cold mid fresh products, nice coffee machine too.
The only few things was that there wasnt any tea facilities like it stated online and the tele only had 2 English channels. It didnt bother us that much; but on occasion it would have been nice to relax, watch a bit of tele before we headed out again.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the main attractions and restaurants in old town. The breakfast was amazing. The staff members were very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is within a few minute's walking distance from the old town. I can just walk around and enjoy the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Although the hotel is in the centre of the city, it was not noisy once the windows were shut. Breakfast is amazing!

- The location of the hotel was good, everywhere can be easily reached by walking. Although it is a very central place, it is on a quiet street. - The room was large enough, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was small but useful.
- I did my check-in, paid the fee, went up to my room on the 4th floor. Even though I requested it before, they gave me a room with 2 small beds (joined) instead of a large bed. I went back down to the reception, explained the situation, they searched for a room for me for about 10 minutes, said "we found it" and gave me the key of a room on the 2nd floor. I went back to the 4th floor, took my belongings, went down to the 2nd floor, the room they gave me had 1 more small bed in addition to the 2 small beds put together. I went down to the reception again, showed them the photo of the room, and they said "all our beds are like this". When I said this was unreasonable, they said "we don't have a room with a large bed right now." So I went back to the room on the 4th floor. It was a long and useless check-in due to confused receptionists. - The breakfast was mediocre, definitely not a 4 star hotel breakfast.

This was a one night stay at the start of our vacation. They set the bar high for the rest of our destinations. It had a modern vibe in a very old building. great location. Quite room.

The location is great!! the room was spacious, i love the black color of the bathroom. love the fact that they give u slippers. The breakfast was cool, enough options for everybody. I m glad i discovered this hotel, definetly would stay here again!
there was dust on the floor, and when you have lights under the table, you can see the dus even better. maybe clean the floor carrefully :)
