Location, and availability of public transportation. 24hour reception. Long breakfast timing.
Loud street, room service was not okay, no much effort put into it. Mattress was not comfortable as it had lost it foam. Small shower, very few options for breakfast

Its old and in very bad condition. For anything extra like swimming pool you have to pay, breakfast was not much to choose or waitress to see and ask for help
