It has very good location, close to the castle district and Karol Bridge. The room and bathroom were quiet, clean, enough big. It was not warm, although I have not used the air condition. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are kind, give advice to the guests. There is a nice terrace and a small balcony with a wonderful view.There are some small shops, restaurants close ( 10 minutes walk) to the hotel.
A fridge is important for a tourist during summer, unfortunately it is missing.

Lovely room with fantastic view. Loved having a balcony to relax away from the busy streets. Excellent breakfast with a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great, but as seniors was not for us, front door was impossible for us to get out and in, could do with some grab rails between lifts.

Wonderful
Great location near the Castle. Junior suite was lovely and perfect for a family of four. I loved the little garden terrace. Breakfast had a good choice and the hotel was very clean and a pleasure to stay there.

Clean Hotel Great Location
The room was meant to be a superior room but was very small compared to other rooms I saw. I booked a double bed but was given two single beds pushed together and spent two horrible nights sleeping in a crevice between the two beds. It was probably the worst sleeping experience I ever had at a hotel. The reviews before I visited were good so I expected a lot more. I was left wondering are most of these reviews fake.

The hotel is located in the hearth of Prague. Short distance from Prague Castle. We had a room at the 4th floor, very spacious with terrace and view towards the castle. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Good value for money.
Based on my personal experience nothing to dislike. Reccomend

- room was very small and narrow, we had junior suite which was very far from it - tiny windows, not able to let in fresh air - dark room - parking in a very narrow street with many tourists - only one card per room. When I asked for an additional room key, they said they will not provide it - lift didnt with at 10:30 pm anymore - at breakfast theyve cut even the ring of salami in half so that you dont eat too much

This hotel is very well located, far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but a five-minute walk of every remarkable landmark you want to visit: the castle, Charles Bridge, the old town

I was shocked by the size of the room and bathroom - massive! The hotel is beautiful and clean, very close to the castle, yet very quiet. Breakfast was good, highly recommended I will book again for sure!

The hotel was as it was expected. The lady that expected us at the reception was very helpful and ready to help in anything we needed. The breakfast was ok, with what you need to start the day.
The only thing was the elevators, but they still managed to install them in an old (but renovated) building so it was manageable to change 2 elevators in order to go to your room.

The hotel is nice but overpriced for what it is. If you are looking for a good night sleep this is not the place for you. You can hear everything spoken in the hallway becomes frustrating. Even people walking in the room on top it is ridiculous.
