Friendly stuff, clean, nice location.
Television at room 323 doesnt working at all. We inform reception but they said that there is no one from technic to fix it. No signal for internet. Cold water at swimmingpool. Paid parking. Overprice.

The location.
Breakfast was good.
Pool was a good size.
Staff were very professional and friendly.
Room was very small and outdated. Funny smell.
Spa area was far away from the room, having to walk through the restaurant with towels and bathrobe.
The outside door for going around was shut by 7pm instead of 10pm as stated. Very frustrating.

The breakfast was superb. Also the spa facilities were nice. The hotel is within walking distance of many great attractions and the city with many cafees.
The dinner at the hotel was nothing special. Also the staff was not so welcoming.

The breakfast was great, plenty of parking for vehicles, and the hotel was in walking distance to hikes and other forms of entertainment.
The room was very small and hardly had any lights for what we paid. The only light in the bathroom came from the mirror, therefore showering in the dark was a thing. Hardly any staff spoke English, or French or any other language. Everything was written in German and therefore the hotel is not very accommodating to foreign travelers.

Location: right by some great hiking trails in Bad Harzburg, 5-10 min on foot into town, all the tourist attractions are close by, if you drive somewhere, you're immediately on the main street to Torfhaus (Brocken), Braunlage etc. Lobby: very chic and hip lobby area Staying with a pet: cute little set up with a bowl and treats Breakfast: big variety and choice Modernization: Some things have been updated in rooms, coffee maker with good coffee in the room, a hiking map provided by the hotel Water: free water if you skip room service
Location: can get a bit noisy as it's on the main street Parking: a bit cramped, the curb to get to the lot was not a proper entryway for a car Service: sometimes the staff came across as a bit rude and self-important, it was missing the warm hospitable feeling Dinner: very pretentious atmosphere in the restaurant for mediocre food service, we skipped dinner after two nights of disappointment Staying with a pet: sometimes we couldn't reserve one of the good seats where they allow dogs in and were rudely reassigned by staff, unacceptable if they advertise being dog friendly. The restaurant can get very cramped with no space for the dog. Layout: From our room, we had to walk quite a bit and always had to go through the busy lobby with our dog which is inconvenient, some rooms force you to walk through the restaurant to the spa which means you see people in slippers and robes walking through as you eat breakfast or dinner which clashes with their otherwise "fancy" atmosphere Modernization: Some furniture in the room is very dated which clashes with the modern interior, the bathrooms are dated, and it's very hard (and dangerous) to get out of the shower, and the bathtub wall is very high. Volume: There were events in the hotel during our stay, making it very noisy. Value for money: have since stayed at hotels with less stars for less money and had better experience
