We were very pleased with the hotel. Everything from upgrading our room to a family room so our daughter was with us, to the delicious breakfast and the helpful suggests regarding the busses. We genuinely enjoyed our experience and hope to be back soon. Thank you again, Auf wiedersehen.

All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious Breakfasts were plentiful, with a good variety of foods. Bread rolls from the local bakery were delicious The hotel was perfectly positioned in the centre of the town. Easy walking to restaurants and sites. Near local bus stops

The hotel is housed in a charming centrally located building, with adjacent free parking lot. Our fairly-sized (and fairly-priced) room was comfortable and clean, with newly renovated bathroom. We enjoyed the high-quality breakfast with fresh bread, pastry and big variety of the buffet items. Above all, we were truly taken by the genuine hospitality of the owner, who has made it his commitment to make sure all his guests enjoyed their stay both at the hotel and in Bad Harzburg. We would not hesitate to book hotel Victoria again.

The location is perfectly right in the middle of Bad Harzburg. Everything is within walking distance. Was checked in the owner of the place, he was very friendly and gave tips about how can explore the place. He even brought us a kettle to cook hot water to the room. Amazing service!

Breakfasts were tasty with lots of choice. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Well equipped room with lots of towels, shower cap, hand soap, shower gel, complimentary water, and more. Cosy and airy room. Friendly, helpful staff.
Several stairs in entrance, maybe tricky to access if youve got mobility problems.

The care about guests' health and strict compliance with hygiene rules, specially during breakfast. That made me feel safe and in good hands, and allowed me to fully focus on my vacation. The room's status was flawless as well.

Our tower room was exceptional the bathroom was spacious and modern - the bedroom was very well decorated - both rooms were so clean and the view was great! The location was spot on the hotel is right in the middle of the town. You did not have to travel far for food there is even a Chinese restaurant and a Greek restaurant allocated on the ground floor of the hotel. We did not have a bad meal anywhere and the breakfast at the hotel was really good there was plenty of choice - my husband loved the coffee. It was our second time at the Victoria and the next time we go back to Germany we will book here again.
We loved the whole experience - the fantastic hotel - very good food - the service in the hotel was exceptional there was nothing to complain about!

Spacious, very clean, well appointed room with small balcony.
Good breakfast selection including all important good coffee!
All staff most pleasant and efficient.
We would highly recommend and would have no hesitation to stay there again.
