The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We did miss a dining table, but managed. It would be nice with a little oven too.

The breakfast was really good with a choice of egg preparations or salmon. I just had to say what I wanted. For example I wanted to read a specific book I had seen in another room and they found it for me

The worst hotel ever. Absolutely under qualified service personnel. Im totally frustrated about the quality and service about this hotel. I have been in many hotels around the world but never experienced such a nightmare!

Breakfast was great with a very good and professional waiter. The Bad Harzburg area near the Burgberg is very nice. We had a spacious room and would like to return in the future!
We would have appreciated a restaurant in the hotel; however going up the mountain with the Seilbahn to dine in the other Plumbohms location was a very exciting experience. It was strange that paying for the restaurant for a group of 4 people was only possible with cash, which we hadn't. Finally the persuaded the waiter to charge our hotel bill.
