The personnel is very friendly. The breakfast is great! There are key-boxes with codes at the entrance for late arrivals. Great view of the mountains from the rooms
The thermal baths were closed. The hotel is next to a road and some rooms are facing the road. Not very clean in the corners, could use an update. My room was not cleaned during my stay even though I told the cleaning lady I would be out in 20min when she came by. The comforters are too short.

The fact that, by staying at this hotel, one has easy and free access to the spa behind it is the major plus. The spa is great and was the main reason we visited the hotel. Breakfast is also very nice.
We stayed at the building next to the main one, where the restaurant is. We found the room to be not as cosy as we expected or wanted it to be. Also, we thought to be quite noisy since - although not shown on the pictures - the building is located quite in front of a big parking lot and bus stop. Hence, not a very quiet area and no nice vew either.
