Location unbeatable, directly at the foot of Burgberg, cable car station and the famous treetop path is just in 5 min walk distance.
Terrace door creaks so loud, that you have to think twice if you really want to open.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating for our late arrival. Because we got there after the reception was closed, they put our room key and parking pass in a locker that we can access thanks to their clear instructions! The availability of on-site parking made our arrival and check-in very smooth. Our apartment was perfect for myself, my husband, my son and our dog. My son had his own room and bunk-bed and our balcony had the perfect view of the pool. Paying for half-board was also worth it! The food served for breakfast and dinner were all wonderfully cooked and offered a wide variety of selections! The pool area was also very family-friendly and clean!
I wish the spa personnel was a little bit more accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't speak German but I wasn't expecting to get an unprofessional smirk when I tried my best to communicate. Other than that, the spa area, refreshments, locker/changing room and pool were all wonderful!

Good location, A large and spacious room
For the price level and the standard we expected it was disappointing, the room is large but not equipped (no kettle, no coffee machine, mini bar was not cold, phone not calibrated).
Poor accessibility for strollers, stairs everywhere.
The hotel brand itself as a spa and welness, but unfortunately it was not possible to schedule anything. The staff was not welcoming

Clean and comfy. great food and a lovely pool area.
Late at night people met at the entrance and talked loudly. It would be good to put a sign out asking for silence after 22:00. The room was also too warm as the heating was on too high when we arrived.

Modern and nice hotel.
After a long walking tour, we wanted to have dinner.
The waitress of the restaurant was arrogant and refused to serve dinner, because he had already served 125 guests, and he was not in a mood, also was tired. It was about 20:00.
Well, the hotel is very expensive and no staff should act this way! Also unbelievable, why they close the restaurant so early?!?!?!
Very bad business policy.

I like the concept of tree house, but it is slightly small for family. Staff is very friendly and did the best effort to entertain the guests.
Due to lack of staff, the service at the restaurant was very slow. Food was good but nothing so special. Room is OK but I don't think the value for money.
