Exceptional
The room was lovely, clean and well furnished. I had a small balcony, more than enough towels, a TV, a small table and enough storage space. The breakfast was varied and fresh fruit was also there. I was offered one of the garages to store my motorcycle at no extra charge. This helped me a lot as the parking area otherwise has rather a small slope. Also, on request after check-out, I was allowed to sit in the room where breakfast is also served and plan my route and was offered a coffee or tea as a matter of course. All in all a great service and a very nice hospitality. Hotel is saved under the favorites, gladly again!

The staff was so nice ! the location was perfect for skiing, the breakfast was also great.

I stayed there by myself - and the single room has everything that one needs. The bathroom was big and spacious. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is continental - but nothing more is needed. There is free parking around the building. I would come back again.

BF was pretty good and the hostess is a wonderful lady allways in a good spirit.
Nothing, really. The presentation of Bergkranz on Booking.com is correct. Maybe for one exceptence, the local "Kurtax" has to be added the bill.
