Some staff at the reception and restaurant were not so friendly. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not clean. In total very bad experience.

The staff were extremely competent and friendly. The food for both breakfast and evening dinner was superb. It was regularly checked and restocked. Plenty of parking in the underground, great swimming pool and the location is perfect for hiking. Room was lovely with a nice balcony overlooking the river. We had a fantastic stay.

Both dinner and breakfast were in buffet form, offering wide variaty of food with good quality. Even "milch Reis mit Simt und Zucker": rice pudding with cinamon and sugar. Never seen this in a restaurant. Location is perfect, in a minute walk you are in the nature, with lots of walking and hiking opportunities. Perfect as part of a multi day hiking holiday.
Paper work at check in. In other hotels, less to no paper work is required.
