Very quiet environment and the hotel is directly next to the forest. Parking under the hotel (at an extra cost).
The wellness area is quite large, saunas quite nice.
Good breakfast and functional buffet dinner.
The staff at check-in was polite but not very warmly welcoming, it all felt a bit "studied".
The blankets on the bed are very warm, but do not breathe at all.
The pools are a bit cold; they look like "wellness-pools" but are a bit too cold for that.

Very nicely decorated for Christmas
We booked a double room. you could only get into the bed from oneside !
I complained but 3 receptionist all said the same "you booked the room"
I did not book THAT room but a double. How they could put two seniors in such a room is beyond me especially as the hotel was half empty.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They were SO accommodating when it came to our dogs and the wellness facilities were incredible and clean! Close to wonderful hiking trails and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Some staff at the reception and restaurant were not so friendly.
Bed was small and uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not clean. In total very bad experience.

The staff were extremely competent and friendly. The food for both breakfast and evening dinner was superb. It was regularly checked and restocked. Plenty of parking in the underground, great swimming pool and the location is perfect for hiking. Room was lovely with a nice balcony overlooking the river. We had a fantastic stay.
