What we liked: The restaurant was a great experience, the food was really good and the staff were very nice and friendly, they even gave time for our daughter in her special event. And also the swimming pool was great, we enjoyed it very much. What we didn’t like: For 3 days stay we only have one toilet paper in the bathroom, and when we arrive the toilet was dirty there was a stained of poop. The air condition doesn’t work.

Nestled in a prime location, the Best Western Hotel zur Post garners praise for its proximity to cultural hotspots and easy access to transportation. While rooms are deemed basic yet cozy. I had a tremendous experience staying at this hotel.. Highly recommeded

The location and breakfast were both really good.
The bed itself was ok. But the pillow was a pancake (way too thin), and the bedding wasn’t warm enough. There was also a nightclub next door, so it was very loud in the room until at least 3 am. Didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately.

Cleanliness, location. It is necessary to take into account that there are a lot of suspicious people at the main railway station, including those under the influence of drugs.
Lack of properly trained staff. Chaos at the reception desk and lack of proper communication between the staff. Time at Check In too long. 3 people to serve evident lack of division of tasks. Problems with the issuance of a room card including a non-functioning system of opening the door. Lack of information about the low parking 163 cm in height and asking at the registration of what vehicle you came whether it will fit in this not very clear parking signage. Breakfast very poor for such a hotel chain. Scrambled eggs preparation time too long , Too much truncated, bacon burnt, fresh vegetables dried out were prepared the day before (tomato, cucumber, peppers) unfit for consumption. Granini juice I tried the multivamna it is water with a taste that is unknown. Product of the lowest category. Service at breakfast after asking about the preparation of a fried egg replied that it is in the bemars. After reviewing it was found that there was no such items. Breakfast prepared sloppily except for a few items that could be seen that are cooked fresh (sliced fruit). No bread there were only rolls and toasted bread. Butter frozen too many ice cubes. Heavy in use. Correct coffee and tea on the plus side possibility to pack fruit to take away and hot drink. The facility has its glory years behind it Statndards from the 90s. In the room an old TV no possibility to connect the Internet which is the standard these days. Very poor lighting in the room. Dark. Too small and soft pillows and very short duvet makes it difficult for a person over 180 to cover no possibility of regeneration and proper rest. Finally, there are problems with check out. The lack of proper communication at the reception could also be remedied at the end. The final settlement was very poor, it took about 20 minutes. I had to use the card twice to pay because the staff didn't know what to do. The fourth time we managed to get the correct invoice. Price inconsistent with service and quality.
