Very good location to explore everything in the city center on foot, beautiful spa area with pool and sauna
They had some issues making up the room and provide fresh towels. Front desk took care of it immediately but that could use some improvements

The hotel is jusy besides the river, which is convenient to take a stroll anytime along the riverside. The room is very clean, comfortable and stylish, and it is well equipped with almost every item you need when staying: aromatic toiletries, bathrobes, comfy pillows and covers, etc. I arrived here without my luggage, which was left in the airport by the airline. I was a bit upset then while the room totally lifted my spirits. The reception is very friendly and nice too. Last but not least, there is a swing at the entrance. It is pretty restful to sit on it and swing for the whole afternoon.
It's a shame that there is no utensils for making tea in the room.

It was everything as expected and the location is perfect allowing one to walk the old Bremen town. Also, the room is big and has pretty much anything needed to make your stay comfortable.
I would have preferred to have dinner in the hotel, but the restaurant has very occurred hours. Anyway, this is not a big issue, since there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel

Lovely staff, much enjoyed the small swimming pool although it is in a cellar which is also a bit weird.
No suggestions for improvement but was no fan of the bathroom, a little more space to manouever is nicer

Great breakfast choices with good service and the location was very convenient, close to the tram stop, restaurants and walking distance to the city. Loved the interior design and the spa area.
The bottled water was really expensive. The shower was great, but did flood the bathroom floor, which is a design issue.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff, always very welcoming and accommodating. Cosy, quiet room with lovely bathroom products. Would highly recommend for anyone going to Bremen.

The hotel is well-located, offers rooms with kitchenette, and allows dogs. But
For a 4-star hotel, there were way too many details that didnt sit well.
Here are a few of them
- shower leak all over the bathroom
- the room is dark with only gloomy wall light in the main space, and no sheers, and vis a vis the only way to have privacy is to close the blackout curtain
- the minibar is overpriced - 9 for water!
- there are mugs but no tea
Maybe we had too high expectations.
