Breakfast was excellent, bed is comfortable, swimming pool was clean and warm. Gym equipment is also new.

Service (I had a number of requests, all of which were dealt with very successfully, including sewing a button for me, which was great!), breakfast, extended check-out - all sorted very well.
I had ordered a twin room but when I checked on arrival it was a double. Also, having extended check-out time, the key card hadn't been adjusted so when I went back to my room (quite a long way from Reception) the key didn't work. (Small issues only! Overall, excellent.)

Very nice and spacious room. Felt very welcome with our dog, a waterbowl was even placed in the room.
Very nice breakfast. Location was nice to get into Bremen just walking
The room was located a bit in the 'back' of the property. First you needed to go up some stairs/lift, then walk sort of through the hotel and then take stairs/lift down again at another place, and then walk through the hallway there. So that was a bit annoying if wanting to get outside.
There was an additional charge for nearly everything at this hotel. Even though parking is their own private parking, you are still charged 10-25EUR a day for parking.
