Very good breakfast, enough variety. Pillows were super comfy
For **** hotel it would be nice to have electric kettle or simple coffee machine in the room.

The beds were very old, the pillows were extremely low-quality and uncomfortable, and everything in the hotel was very outdated. The carpets on the floor were dirty and stained, and some even had burn marks. The German-origin bald waiter at breakfast was extremely rude, unpleasant, and obnoxious.

The only available room was just next to lift
After 20m debate finally reception understood my need that I need just a sleep in a quiet room
They upgraded room for free
Really appreciated
They could probably do as a favor without 20m debate finally reception
Because of hotel cannot accommodate you for the current category they have to upgrade and apologize
That is all
But instead receptionist said that is not normal what you requested
But overall they are very helpful and understandable
I really liked my stay

I ordered taxi took from reception took 3 m to arrive
Breakfast was excellent no words very very delicious
Room was so clean and nice

location
the room was very cold with no way to get the heating system improving the situation. Despite several requests to the front desk, the room remained very cold! Very disappointing.
