Basic Holiday Inn hotel next to the airport. Clean rooms - quiet. Good tram connection to the town center. Breakfast was overly crowded and not the greatest of quality.

The staff were very welcoming. However the beds in the room were simply unsatisfactory. They were as hard as a wooden board. Your breakfast was also very poor, we would have preferred without breakfast and just grabbed a coffee on the way. We came down for breakfast at 8.30 and it was nearly empty. Very limited selection for lactose intolerant guests. The fruit was not filled with fresh new fruit when it was empty with only 1 piece left. Your scrambled eggs were not edible and can imagine the eggs were from a bottle.

There was an issue with the booking and my son (17) was moved to a different hotel. Given his age, I expressed my concern to staff at the hotel and they were wonderful in addressing the issue and kept him booked in the hotel near the airport. I had good communication with the booking staff at the HIE Bremen. Thank you. Also: the hotel is within walking distance to the airport!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There is a tram station near the hotel.
The kettle, TV and aircon/heating system did not function and was not repaired during our stay.

It was good accommodation. The breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The only thing missing was a mini bar fridge. Maybe it could be included.
